Peer Review Process
Medinealth: Journal of Health and Science implements double-blind peer review to ensure objectivity, scientific quality, and publication integrity. Each submitted manuscript will go through the following stages:
- Initial Review by the Editor
The editor conducts an initial screening to ensure the manuscript aligns with the aims and scope, completeness of the writing, and adherence to the author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the criteria may be rejected at this stage. - Reviewer Appointment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the article's field. The identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential. - Review Process
Reviewers assess the scientific quality of the manuscript based on novelty, methodology, clarity of analysis, and contribution to the field of knowledge. They then make a recommendation: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. - Editorial Decision
The editor makes a decision based on the review results. If necessary, the editor may request additional review or further revisions from the author. - Revision and Final Decision
Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts. The final decision rests with the Editor.
